God has SHAPED every Christian student for a place in ministry in the local church!
Students interesed in using their SHAPE to serve on the Student Leadership Team
are invited to complete this application and submit it either to their Sunday School Teacher
or to our Minister to Students!  Appliction are due by May 15 each year.
Term of Serviceis June-May each year!

 

Our Student Ministry Brochure Overviews the Opportunities for the Spiritual Growth of Teenagers in Grades 6-12.
The best way to learn about us - is to come visit us!  The Brochure gives you the times we meet - come join us!!

2010 Guide to Student Ministry Week of Prayer

Parents (legal guardians) of Students should print out and complete both the Student Permission form and complet both the permission form and the medial form attached.  Forms must be signed in the presence of a Notary Public.
Most insurance offices and banks have a Notary Public available.
Be sure to attache a copy of your medical insurance card to the foms.
Please review the attached Group Activity Guidelines - Both Students and a Parent should review and sign.
We want you to know that we will do all we can to help your student have a positive experience as they
participate in our Student Ministry!  We want to see them grow in their relationships
with each other and with God and have lots of fun in a safe environment for everybody!!
