Alll workers are required to complete an application and criminal background check.
The 2012 Liability Release and Medical Information form is required for all students who partcipate in the Student Ministries at ARBC. You may fill in the form online = but you must PRINT your copy and have it signed and notarized!
God has SHAPED every Christian student for a place in ministry in the local church! Students interesed in using their SHAPE to serve on the Student Leadership Team are invited to complete this application and submit it either to their Sunday School Teacher or to our Minister to Students! Appliction are due by June 19, 2011.
