Joy Bryant had her early education in schools across the United States. Her father worked with a major oil company and was transferred continuously during Joy’s first 9 years. The family then settled in Madison, Wisconsin, where Joy attended school until the middle of her junior year in high school. The family moved to North Carolina in 1965 and is now calling NC home. Joy and her mother reside in Clayton, NC and are members of Bethesda Baptist Church. Joy has two brothers. Her hobbies include crafts, cooking and reading a good mystery book. She had worked in electronics and administration at Nortel in the Research Triangle Park before coming to work for ARBC on August 26, 1999.
